Refund Policy

These terms and conditions are final and binding when you schedule a service with Flat Rate Auto Service. All appointments can be modified up to 24 hours of your appointment without charge. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service is subject to a $75 cancelation fee which will be charged to your credit card. Customers desiring to cancel a service within 24 hours of the appointment should contact (408)857-0814.

Although we do our best to match the Factory's recommended Maintenance Procedure, from time to time it will vary. Flat Rate Auto Service is not responsible for mechanical mishaps (not related to the service) that might occur during or after the maintenance service provided. Flat Rate Auto Service is also not responsible for items left in the vehicle at time of service. Once the maintenance is completed, you recognize that all sales are final.
